3-5 years experience required
Responsible for deployment and oversight of system-based projects and assisting with system-wide operation improvements. Develops and deploys Lean, Six Sigma and appropriate performance improvement concepts and tools to enable process improvements, system growth, strategy development, and innovation. Works with stakeholders to develop project strategies and goals focusing on results in areas of improving clinical quality, cost containment, revenue enhancement, patient, employee and resident satisfaction.
Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with study of business systems. Threeyears experience in health system operational improvement role with utilization of Lean, Six Sigma or other similar disciplines preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
