Camden National Bank is looking to fill multiple positions in our Customer Assistance Center. Stakeholders in our Customer Assistance Center support our customers by phone, email and we are excited to be adding a new channel ? Live Chat!
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about creating remarkable experiences for our customers and can think outside the box to solve problems. Individuals must be extremely tech savvy and possess advanced keyboarding skills. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, but in a conversational manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport, is crucial to success. Being able to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever changing environment is a must! Those who excel in our Customer Assistance Center are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience and the technology we support, and make recommendations based on their interactions with customers. A thirst for knowledge is needed! You will need to quickly become an expert at the products and services we offer so that you can build relationships with customers and be their trusted advisor. Demonstrated ability to achieve goals is key. Knowledge of a contact center environment is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
