The Program Manager will champion all projects within the organizationand lead the charge for our dynamic Office of Project Management. This 3 personteam is responsible for serving over 630 employees across 3 states and over 60locations. In this influential role, the incumbent will be responsible for theselection, design and execution of the project management methodology. TheProgram Manager will focus on providing a formal project management program anddiscipline that achieve business results while improving customer andstakeholder experiences.
Another large majority of this strategic position is tocollaborate across the organization ensuring the execution of projects contributesto the organizations success, provide growth opportunities and bring our visionto life. Working with executive and senior leadership the Program Manager willassist in prioritizing business objectives, leading the organization towardgaining a sustainable competitive advantage.
Project Leadership
Integrates a formal, professionally acceptedProject Management discipline to the organization.
Leads and directs high-priority projects, whichoften requires considerable resources, high levels of functional integrationand interaction with executive team.
Conducts regular meetings with executivesdocumenting current status of strategic projects including technical, schedule,and financial issues that may be present.
Coaches and mentors project managers and/orcontractors on project plans and implementation.
Project Management
Responsible for all aspects of the project overthe entire project life cycle, while interfacing with all areas affected by theproject including customers, end users, distributors, and/or vendors..
Responsible for assigning individualresponsibilities, identifying appropriate resources, and developing a scheduleto ensure timely completion of projects.
Manages financial aspects of the project againstassigned budgets.
Monitors project team dynamics and teamaccountability.
Manages dashboard and executive reports.
Office of Project Management
Manages the development and expansion of the Officeof Project Management.
Coordinates resources effectively, ensuring theright resources are assigned per task.
Facilitates the use of resources across multipleprojects and monitors trends.
Skills andQualifications
Excellent analytical, presentation, andcommunication skills.
Proven ability to successfully build and leadstrong project teams.
Candidates will have several years ofprogressive business and project management experience.
Preferred candidates hold an MBA and haveprofessional certifications or designations in Project Management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
