Position Brief:
Camden NationalBank is seeking a Digital Banking Systems Administrator to join our growing organization.The individual is responsible for the administration, management, support,upkeep and evolution of Camden National Bank's Digital Banking Systems. Youwill collaborate with all business lines to develop and maintain tools thatcreate reliable processes and pull data that will help the Bank make moreeffective business decisions, be consistent in the way we measure and driveperformance, and improve service, quality and productivity.

Oversee and manage theday-to-day functionality and support of all Digital Systems and integrate othersystems as needed
Manage support requestsand administrative needs of Digital Banking users as requested
Identify training needsfor systems managed
Collaborate with otherdepartments and develop communications that will keep key stakeholdersup-to-date on changes to functionality, appearance and security features withinthe platforms
Maintain system usagemetrics and tracking reports to ensure Digital Systems are being adopted andused by all constituencies
Provide monthly metricreports and trend analysis for business lines
Perform monthlycompliance testing and provide data as requested to support periodic internaland external audits
Liaison with third partyvendors to resolve issues, bugs or custom requests when identified
Participate in projectsrelated to Digital Banking System upgrades and installs
Manage all cases invarious case management portals proactively and efficiently
Show outstanding vendorrelations and management skills, knowing when to push and when to compliment
Bachelor's degree in IT,business or related field. Five to ten years related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Previous experience in amarketing role as an analyst or consultant creating insights andrecommendations is highly preferred
Experience with Digitalsystems
Some knowledge of coding.
Microsoft or otherrelated certification(s) preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
