Administrative Assistant - Anticoagulation

Provide administrative support to the Anticoagulation Therapy Department manager and staff.# Also greets and registers patients, answers phones, and takes messages.# Serves as a receptionist and scheduler.# Utilizes and maintains departmental computerized registration, scheduling, statistics, billing and patient charts. # Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.# Fundamental skills in using PC with Windows Operating System (managing files, programs, shortcuts, logins; ability to use a keyboard and mouse).# Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.# Minimum 1 year experience in a fast paced office setting (preferably a medical setting). # We Are An Equal Opportunity Employer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
